Our client is looking for a Senior Customer Loyalty Program Expert with very strong experience creating effective loyalty programs and engaging customer experiences for leading brands worldwide.
The assignment is split in 2 parts.
The first part (duration approximately 2 months fulltime) where the consultant will analyze current loyalty program (if they have a loyalty framework it is preferred).
On behalf on the analysis the consultant will create a presentation to c-level board. When approved the consultant will be part of the implementation (duration +6 months).
Requirements:
- Senior Customer Loyalty Program Expert with strong experience creating effective loyalty programs and engaging customer experiences for leading brands worldwide (not only with financial customers).
- Financial experience is essential.
- Strong pricing experience.

Duration: 2 months + option +6 months
Work location: Copenhagen area
Requirements: Min. 5 years of professional IT experience.
