QA Manager (ART)

PROJECT INFORMATION:

Location: Gdynia/100% Remote

Remuneration: 70-100 PLN/H

Business trips: Occasional

Project length: 12 months +

DESCRIPTION:
As ART QA Manager you will be responsible for the ART lifecycle, from Pre-PI planning events to the end of the System Integration Test (SIT) phase. Moreover, you will collaborate with the E2E QA Manager or other stakeholders to secure support as required.

TASKS:

Represent QA within the ART leadership team.

Facilitate ART test strategy and planning definition and execution, with the support of all teams in the ART.

Liaise with surrounding domains to agree on joint test strategy and plan for integration testing.

Create and maintain the required QA documentation.

Facilitate defect management process.

Consult on scope changes providing impact assessments.

Ensure ART team lead testers collaborate to optimize the execution of the test processes.

Coach ART Lead testers on testing processes and governance, best practices, and SDLC methodologies.

Prioritize test automation backlog.

Contribute to test environment management planning.

Collaborate with the extended programme QA leadership team to improve processes and ways of working.

REQUIREMENTS:

8+ years of experience in QA roles (including team lead experience)

Understanding of standard business processes in the banking/financial services domain

Understanding of SDLC methodologies including agile practices

Problem solving skills

Ability to prioritize test activities

Ability to coach team members and support their professional development

Understanding and experience of Core Banking Architecture

Exposure to functional testing of banking applications
