The task is to assist the current IT program/project manager when rolling out a new HR system platform. The scope of the task is limited to the integrations we build between the systems using a middleware tool called Dell Boomi.
Tasks
- Follow-up on progress for each integration task under development
- Participate in status meetings with HR project managers and help following up on their requests
- Participate in IT project team meetings
- Report on progress and issues for each integration project
Skills
- Good communication skills are a must in both English and Danish.
- Facilitate status meetings and send out minutes from meetings.
- You are structured, like to follow a plan and follow up with the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
- Experience with system integration projects is an advantage but not required.
- Half time allocation rest of 2020 and possibility for extension for all of 2021
Start: 12th of October
Duration: End of year + ext. one year - half time allocation
Work location: Copenhagen Area
Requirements: Min. 5 years of professional IT experience.
