- Support and assist with employee relations with regards to development and change
- Address any circumstances where employees encounter difficult situations in the working environment
- Are the neutral point of contact for employees
- Lead adherence to labor law, working environment and policy questions
- Provide solutions that fit the business and work environment needs
- Connect employees with specialised O&L teams
- Handle all the legal employment aspects
- Work closely and proactively to make their journey as smoooth as possible and secure legal compliance
Who are you? - Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in complex matrix organisations
- Experienced in partnering with senior stakeholders

Duration: 3 months (option to extend)
Work location: Berlin, Germany
Requirements: Min. 5 years of professional IT experience.
