For a financial client, we are looking for an Epic Owner.
Assignment: Prepare and shepherd the epic towards go/no-go according to Epic Refinement Process – in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, especially the client's customers and SMEs
- Create relevant hypothesis features in collaboration with the ARTs and reflects them in a business delivery roadmap
- Creates hypothesis features in the hypothesis feature Kanban in Jira, and matures these through this Kanban
- Makes a clear agreement with the customers on how to follow up on the redemption of the business benefits and ensures that the client complies with its obligations
- If part of a program: Interacts and aligns with the program manager on plans, reporting, changes, economy, risk picture etc. during the epic lifecycle
Competences: - Has the appropriate level of domain knowledge within integrations and infrastructure
- Has relevant IT professional knowledge
- Has strong skills in economics, estimation and cross-coordination
- Has strong facilitation skills
- SAFe Agilist (Leading SAFe certification)
- Has documented experience with stakeholder management at all organizational levels
Personal capabilities: - Has a holistic view, a good overview, works structured and is targeted
- Has the ability to collaborate across complex organisations and with 3rd parties
- Has the ability to communicate clearly and easily in both writing and speech
- Highly technical skills and understanding will be preferred
- Kafka knowledge will be preferred but not required

Work location: Roskilde, Denmark
Requirements: Min. 5 years of professional IT experience.
