We are looking for a Business Analyst that is self-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership for a large financial client.
Project Scope: As a Business Analyst you will assist the business in analysing, documenting and converting existing processes to a new data warehousing and enhancement system. You will join the current project team made up of the existing eight Fund Reporting team members as well as a Python programmer.
Responsibilities will consist of: - Analyse and document current activities and processes and prepare business requirements intended for the IT developers
- Facilitate meetings and technical workshops for the project team
- Identify any change or new requests and manage them together with the project manager
- Ensure that project manager regularly have the appropriate information on progress according to the action plan and timeline

Must have experience/background: - University degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Engineering/Information Technology/Data Sciences or similar
- Previous experience in the Financial industry especially Asset Management (preferably within Fund Accounting, Fund Performance and KPI calculations)
- Good knowledge of Asset Management industry related regulations pertaining to the Nordic and Europe markets
- Affinity with IT: notions of C#, xml, SQL, Python
- Sound understanding of the finance value chain.
- Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have: - Additional Nordic languages are an asset
- Project management methodology knowledge is a plus
