Project manager for Mainframe Consolidation Pre-study
Responsible for balancing risk, technical do-ability, business demands and cost/benefit.
Responsible for stakeholder management.
Create a detailed plan including a decision basis for implementing a new mainframe solution instance.
Creating a plan for agile implemention on the mainframe which includes uplift of competence, methodology and environments.
Manage vendor relations regarding methodology and work processes related to mainframe development and test.
Facilitate workshops regarding business requirements, business case, IT architectural design, product structures etc.
Perform the pre-study in cooperation with other transformation streams and projects, e.g. digitalisation.
Manage internal business and IT resources allocated to the pre-study
Report to IT Transformation steering committee regarding progress, issues, risks etc.
Experience from insurance industry and policy systems.
Track record of independently managing pre-studies and projects with high complexity regarding both business and IT
Proven track record in managing high-performing teams of skilled subject matter experts.
Knowledge of the principles and guidelines for development.
Very good stakeholder management and presentations skills.
