Our market leading client, is executing a Digital Strategy which is run in several separate streams: CRM Sales, CRM Service, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, CMS, Mobile and Apps, etc.
The streams require agile end-to-end management.
Therefore the consultant is required to discuss requirements with the business, to plan the release deliverables with the IT team.
The consultant acts as the interface between business and IT and ensures that the streams provide seamless, omni-channel, e2e solutions.
- Strong knowledge about the concepts of customer journey, customer experience and customer life cycle management
- Strong knowledge of challenges and pitfalls with IT processes
- Knowledge about customer facing business processes (CRM, Shop/e-comerce, logistics, point of sale, etc.)
- Knowledge about digital technologies and data driven business
Language: English, Danish is a plus. Start:
