The scope of this project is to implement Oracle Primavera Suite in order to provide an efficient and reliable system to manage and control the projects and the portfolio.
The aim is to improve the execution of the projects, including planning, cost control, reporting, risk management, change control and other project management related processes.
The purpose of the Oracle Primavera Suite implementation project is:
To provide a project control system for minor modification projects.
To develop a project control system for development projects with the combined functionality of current solution (Project Information Management System ,PIMS from Omega) and Primavera P6, with the intention of integrating cost and schedule information.
To establish a portfolio overview of all projects in Primavera P6 EPPM, including KPI’s on project performance.
- At least 4 years of experience of working with Primavera P6 - At least 2 years of experience of working with Analytics
- Experience working with Unifier
- Experienced in setting up, configuring, maintaining and optimizing Primavera - in at least two full implementation projects (from start to finish)
