Business Process Analyst - GDPR

ROLE & FUNCTION
  • The Business Process Analyst will be part of the GDPR programme and work specifically in the Data Governance work stream.
  • Responsible for the identification, creation and implementation of data standards and data governance controls necessary to be put in place for GDPR compliance for personal data.
  • Responsible for working on a Nordic level when required, stakeholder management for Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

TASKS
  • Provide input to defining the services to be provided by the data office i.e. a target operating model for the data office
  • Designing controls to ensure that all the procedures we have defined to ensure compliance with GDPR are actually being followed
  • Create procedures to handle all types of sensitive data
  • Create procedures to manage physical data archives
  • Create procedures for managing data in test environments
  • Collection, analysis and validation of process/ systemic information and information about data
  • Contribute to identification of risk triage, risk assessment and control selection at process/system and data level
  • Define and write procedures, SOP s that describe controls to be put in place
  • Maintenance of templates and documentation artefacts in the Data Office Repository

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
  • Work experience from the insurance business is a merit
  • Excellent process and analytical skills and good risk assessment
  • Good practical experience of designing procedures for GDPR compliance
  • Good working knowledge of the GDPR legislation
  • Experience with implementing data governance frameworks (for example audit frameworks)
  • Good sound understanding of data management
  • Good ability to run workshops and work with business users to define procedures that work in practice
  • Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously and pay attention to sources of information
  • Ability to easily adapt to rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to quickly establish a network within the project as well as across the organisation and external parties
  • Danish speaking and writing
