Office Administrator

Our client is looking for an Office Administrator with an experience within:

  • reception matters
  • purchasing and handing suppliers
  • calendar management and meeting booking
  • taking care of visitors
  • booking travels
  • any other office related tasks as needed.

This position offers a fast-paced, international environment in a technical innovative company as well as highly motivated, skilled and driven colleagues.

A person that as we see will be suitable for this role:

You are an energetic person who gets things done and completed. Fluent in Swedish and English.

You are service-minded and have excellent communication skills. You have a structured and organized approach to your work and are quality minded with a high attention to detail.

You have a genuine interest in and understanding of how to provide and ensure high quality service and support for senior management positions.

You have an excellent command of both oral and written English and Swedish.
