Business analyst - Training/Finance
For financial client we are looking for a Business analyst on the Transaction Monitoring Training Project.
Your areas of responsibility will be related to gathering data from different sources, making as-is-analysis and designing new training programmes for impacted areas of the business, including GAP analysis and competence documentation.
This role will support and suggest training solutions according to the implementation plans.
This position requires strong Training Analyst skills from change projects or programmes including developing and maintaining project plans, managing risks and issues.
We are looking for at training profile with training as core competence (need to have) and with Anti-money laundering (AML) experience as a secundary (nice to have) attribute. Full training lifecycle experience is a prerequisite.

Professional knowledge and experiences
Experienced training needs analyst with proven results from complex change and transformation projects
Training design and implementation including e.g. definition of roles & responsibilities, process gap assessments, training design, and implementation planning
Dependable, self-driven, action oriented individual.
Strong team player with collaborative personality.
Good communicator and stakeholder manager.
Ability to deliver under pressure.
Other relevant information
PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Excel skills are a requirement.
Fluency in English is a requirement (speaking and writing).
CIPD qualified (or similar)
Location: Copenhagen, with travel to other offices
