Project Manager for Operations Improvement Programme
On behalf on financial vlient we are looking for a project Manaer for Operations Improvement Programme (OIP)
The Operations Improvement Programmehas the goals of increasing the overall maturity level of operations within Wholesale Banking & Capital Markets IT.
The OIP is a continuous work of improving our deliverables of IT operations towards business, to comply with regulations, to ensure financial control as well as to deliver high throughput of new development into production.
The operations department is managed by one person, who is also the current programme manager. Along with him the programme office consists of all 5 managers below him, head of Service Operations, 3 team leads of Application Operations as well as head of Engineering Tools.
We are looking for a senior certified project manager who can coordinate the work of the entire project, both on an holistic view but also being able to dig in to details.
The role clearly requires experience and knowledge of management of change, since that is what the programme is all about, to change the current operations work, which means changes the working culture and mentality.
We are highly emphasizing a future operations style well aligned with ITIL, which implies that we require a ITIL certified candidate with several years of previous ITIL work experience. It is an ongoing process of implementing a more agile working approach in Nordea, based on which we are looking for a candidate with knowledge of e.g. Kanban and Scrum.
We expect you to be a driven project manager with a hands-on approach, who will facilitate the coordination of the process of improving our maturity level of operations based on a strategy along with goals for 3 years in the future.
It is 100% work load, except for the two last week of this year when no work is needed.
