Project Assistant

For financial client we are looking for a Project Assistant.

Create project plan for follow up on costumer data from stakeholders. The plan is dependent on a number of constrains such as:
a) When is country annual review due
b) How much can each Senior Relationship Managers - SRM handle within a certain time period
c) How much can Customer Due Dillience - CDD team handle within a certain time period
d) Business prioritization towards risk based approach
e) Others (to be determined)
Follow-up on this plan during the period of time

Create project plan for reduction of bank network and follow status on this. Task will involve contact to many stakeholders, handle many lists and detailed information. You will work with 30 employees and 3-4 PRU stakeholders (PRU Project Responsible units).
Work assignments are among others:
  • Working with excel
  • Analyze and plan which stakeholders to review based on last review and information.
  • Coordinate the long list of stakeholder (can be up to 1000)

  • Ability to be very structured
  • Good at prioritizing
  • Project planning (detailed)
  • Excel skills
  • Communication
  • Stakeholder management
