For financial client we are looking for a Process Analyst.
The position as Process Analyst for Change Management and Release and Deployment processes are focused on supporting the Process Owner in implementing, improving, maintaining and sup-porting the process in Infrastructure & Operation and Business IT Areas with focus on that the process are fit for purpose, supported by good tools, well-known by the users, measureable and supports the service provisions related to the process.
Processes, People and Products (tools) are keys for delivering services to our internal partners/customers.
Change Management and Release and Deployment processes are used to efficiently plan, build, test and deploy changes to the live environment. This should be done in a controlled manner with minimal unpredicted impact on the production services, operations and support organization.
The processes must be aligned to fit the Business needs, and must enable a sound foundation for the Service providers to deliver new or changed functionality re-quired by the business while protecting the integrity of existing services.
The goal for IT Service Management processes is to provide a transparent, mature and compliant process framework based on ITIL v3, consisting of fit-for-purpose processes.
The purpose for all processes is to ensure unified and standardized ways of per-forming daily operations by the Service providers and to bring value through the entire value chain.
The overall purpose of Service Management Process Governance is to enable and support service delivery through fit for purpose service management processes, effective communication between stakeholders and well-planned, value-achieving improvements.
As a Process Analyst for Change Management and Release and Deployment you will drive continues actions to ensure effectiveness and efficiency together with the Process Owners and the executing areas and manage agreed activities within the following areas:
- Managing requirement specifications and stakeholder management
- Planning and coordinating a test of changes to change management process and tools
- Testing of changes to IT Service Management tool (mainly BMC/Remedy and Report tools)
- Preparing of training material, work instructions and process documents
- Conducting training, surveys, interviews and analyzing KPI reports
- Creating communication material
- Support to IT Change Management executing process roles
You are able to work in an “ever changing world” where demands change based on Business needs across organizations. You have a good understanding of the organisation and act naturally and efficiently at all levels, respecting business and cultural differences.
You contribute to the development and maintenance of tools/methods in our unit and share knowledge within your team and thereby contribute positively to the improvement of the performance of the unit
