Cisco Voice Operations and Support Engineer

Vi søger en konsulent med omfattende erfaring med Cisco Unified Commnication Suite produkterne, ogsom egenhændigt har håndteret operationer og support aktiviteter på middel til store UC infrastrukturer (5000+ telefoner og video konference stationer).

Kvalifikationer:

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • CCIE Voice will be definite advantage
  • ITIL certified
  • Must have 5-12 yrs experience.

  • Must have Product knowledge
  • Contact center (UCCX)
  • CUCM (Call Manager)
  • Switchboards (Teamview, CAC)
  • Voicemail (Unity Connection)
  • Voice recording (Verba, AQM)
  • Phonebook (Andphone)
  • Wallboard application
  • CRM/Navision popup integration
  • Cisco UC integration with MS Lync
  • Lync softphone (Mobile and Desktop)

Erfaren i følgende operationelle aktiviteter:

Proficient in following operational activities:

  • Proactive Monitoring using Cisco Prime and Solarwinds tools
  • Health Checks and Reports
  • Identify, analyze & resolve incidents
  • Voice Infrastructure Server operations
  • Vendor Management for OEM incident resolution
  • Voice application backup & recovery management
  • Designing Call flow for Contact Centre as per business requirement
  • Voice Network Assessment, Capacity planning and recommendations for improvements
  • Troubleshooting & Resolution of complex Voice network problems (QoS)
  • RCA for identified Priority 1 issues
