We are searching for a senior SAP CS/SM consultant.
The project is verification of knowledge by zooming in on understanding of corrective and preventive maintenance processes with integration to SD Contracts and final invoicing.
As there are a lot of similarities with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module this could be and option as well, but very important here is that there is understanding of the integration with SD (Sales & Distribution) and the SD module in general.
Proven experience in the field SAP CS (Customer Service) / SM (Service Management) modules -deep knowledge of:
- Item Category determination
- Schedule Line Category determination
Sound understanding of SAP integration between SD / MM / CS / FI modules
Working experience with SAP Interfacing such as EDI/IDOC, RFC and BAPIs
Experience in preparing the functional specs, user documentations, test case preparations and development validation
Customer handling skills with strong oral & written communication skills (in English) Start:
