I can see that ProData Consult has a Quality Department - what is it doing?

"ProData Consult's Quality Department has the purpose of ensuring our high standards in the delivery of IT Consultancy services. This is done partly by continual follow up and contact to all of our active Consultants, and partly by correction in cases where errors occur.

The Quality Department also looks after the internal coordination in ProData Consult regarding Quality Assurance. Quality Assurance starts already at the Human Resource Department with validation of the Consultant's CV and continues in the sales, when the Clients needs and wants have to be matched with a fitting CV.

When the Consultant has completed the project, we finish with an evaluation questionnaire, which gives the Client the possibility to comment on the process or to come with an evaluation of the Consultant's work. This can result in corrections, both internally in ProData Consult and together with the Consultant.

This way we take responsibility for quality during the whole process."
